He tries to move as fast as possible in as little time as he can, as well as end his opponent through speed and moment, as quickly as he can, with as little energy used as possible. This is Jashinrus fighting style.

Jashinru is his life was a thug, at the age of 11 he was adopted into a gang, neither his mother or father gave a damn. The bloods made him officially one of theirs when he was at the age of 12 when he proved himself by killing 3 men in cold blood simply because he was told to, soon after he gained the crosses under his eyes symbolizing his high rank within his crew.
At the age of 15 Jashinru was one of the most feared people in his city, although the police knew about his activities they couldn't prove any of it, he was too slick.
6 months into his 15th year, Jashinru killed the family of 20 year old Samantha fenner, she cried in front of him, and once he was about to do away with her, he asked her if she had anything else to say. She did, she came up to him and asked him to pray with her for one last time. This blew Jashirnus mind, but she wasn't kidding, she sat there and prayed with him, for his soul and for hers.
Jashinru couldn't do it, and in the end didn't finish her off. She promised not to tell the authorities who was responsible. 3 days after that incident, Jashinru went to her again, something had come over him, he wanted to discover the light of God. She began taking him to church, where he became filled with it, to know that there was a higher being that loved such a wretched soul like him. Finally he felt that which he had longed for.
Jashirnu left the bloods, and decided he no longer wanted that life for a while everything was good, he ended up moving in with Samantha. 1 year later, the bloods decided that they couldn't just let him leave without him going in a box first. They came to his home and killed him and Samantha. - Black Hair Reborn
Jashinru was reborn into one of the four noble families of the soul society, from the moment he could walk he began training in the art of footwork, and hand to hand combat. He loves using his hands in a fight, using a weapon is just no fun thats how its always been for him.
Through his noble roots, he's had to learn much about his family history, as he is destined to be the head of his clan one day. He's had to learn how to act with the people of the South Rukongai, as well as the rest of the Seretei. Having interactions with captains since he was young. Shinigami life style was the only one he knew. - The Academy
Jashinru entered the Shino Academy at 150 years of age, still looking young, only in his early teens in appearance when he entered. He began to feel like this was definately for him. In Zanjutsu, Jashinru received some of the lowest marks possible, and still capable of passing. His skill in Kido, was a little better. However, when it came to Hakuda [The art of Hand to hand combat] as well as Hoho [The art of Foot work] Jashinru held more than his own.
In both of those classes he excelled far beyond normal expectations, even for his families reputation. He trained himself so much to the brink of exhaustion sometimes passing out right in the training areas, that his scores in Hakuda and Hoho made sense.
He became an early Graduate out of the academy, being drafted into squad 2 under his mothers command, and worked directly under her as one of her guards for 25 years. Until he proved to his mother that he could do more than just guard her, he was a more than capable shinigami, and he didn't want to be held under her thumb all of his life. If he was to ever take over the squad he'd have to be capable of fighting hollows.
After 20 constant years of training after that, Jashinru achieved Shikai. Although he hasn't been capable of mastery, but he has grown accustomed to its strange effects. Its a Shikai like no other capable of granting him amazing power upon its release, but comes with dangerous drawbacks, when pushed too far.
Now he works to make his way up the training ladder, to prove himself capable of becoming a LT. Level Shinigami. All he's gotta do is keep working for it.
