THE SHINIGAMI (Gods of Death) THE BASICS: The shinigami are advanced souls whom reside within the Soul Society. Shinigami are souls who are able to manipulate and control reaitsu and who's very soul is placed within a blade in which, once released they gain unique and powerful abilities. THE GOTEI:The Gotei is the military aspect of the shinigami, taking control of all shinigami they perform their naturally bound duty to preserve the spiritual but also providing a military and defensive force to protect the Soul Society as well as the Human Realm. The main headquarters is within the Seireitei, a large sanctuary occupied by shinigami, surrounded by villages known as the Rukongai home to the plus souls. The squad of the Gotei 13 are divided amongst 13 squads, each one having a specialized duty of the Gotei atop their normal duties. It is up to the player of the canon captains to determine their duties (unless the duties are stated anonly then you may add to those if they make sense). There are also two outer organizations which run concurrent with the Gotei but do not fall under the command of the Gotei itself. These are the Kidoshu and the Omnikitsudo. These are ran by their respective commanders but have great respect to the Captain Commander, and thus, their respect leads to following his Leadership. DUTIES:Their main task is to preserve peace and harmony amongst the realms. This comes in three ways. To keep peace, purify souls and to guide souls. Konsō: the process by which a Shinigami sends wandering souls in the living world and send them to their respective place. Hollow Cleansing: When a Shinigami slays a Hollow with their Zanpakutō, they cleanse their sins. Once this takes place, a Hollow will return to its former state as a Plus and is led into Soul Society. This is called sublimation. Soul Governance: Shinigami are responsible for governing the flow of spirits between the Human World and Soul Society. This is commonly carried out by balancing the total number of souls by moving and managing them in the Human world. All of the soul-related jobs are under their authority. DEMON ARTS:Kidō is the technique that Shinigami use to focus their Spiritual Energy into magic spells of various powers. These spells serve a wide variety of uses such as healing, defense, or combat. Each spell is graded on a scale from 1 to 99, the latter being the most powerful and the most difficult to perform. The scale is a measure of difficulty, as there can be multiple spells which share the same level. To use Kidō, a Shinigami must recite the specific incantation for the spell, which is often long and requires a few seconds to speak. The power of a spell relies on the power of the user, as even a low-level spell can be utterly devastating when utilized by a high-class Shinigami. Kido and all of its glory is being a little redesigned with this guides introduction into the rules. Through discussion some time ago with my fellow staff, we are implementing several things that have been apparently revealed as canon that we thought would give Kido a bit of a customization effect, without having to always make raw customs. Below are descriptions of each of the specialized arts, and how/when you can get them. Note, that you may only choose ONE of the three to start with, if you decide to choose any of them at all. Then you can train just ONE out of the other two left Icly. Mastery cannot be attained until HL-S. Also remember that if you are not a member of the Kidoshu or do not hold the rank of lieutenancy or captaincy, you must receive permission from a Captain or Kidoshu in order to learn any Kido above number 40. Nijū Eishō (二重詠唱, "Twofold Incantation"): a class of Kidō Incantation where the Kidō practitioner mixes the incantations of two entirely separate Kidō spells together to save time and confuse ones' opponent at the same time. Using this will allow players to mix and match two separate incantations and fire the kido spells back to back, not at the same time. Requires Kido mastery, and a minimum rank of HL-S to learn. Eishōhaki (詠唱破棄, "Incantation Abandonment"): a class of Kidō Incantation where the Kidō practitioner forgoes using a spoken incantation at all. While it decreases the time needed to release the Kidō, it drastically weakens the spell. While anyone well versed in Kidō can use this technique, it is most effective when done by a skilled practitioner, otherwise the spell could utterly fail (i.e.: the spell explodes in the user's face). The most skilled experts are capable of using this technique to amazing effect. Kōjutsu Eishō (後述詠唱, "Spoken-After Incantation"): a class of Kidō Incantation where the incantation is recited after initiating the spell in order to power it up. Players who take this as their chosen kido specialization will be able to fire off spells without incantation, and power them up mid flight or after spells take effect (Such as bakudo) For the full powered effect. (Note: If the spell is mastered to carry full power no incant effects, this specialization will not further increase the effect beyond its spell number.) This specialization requires that the user also be HL-S with mastered kido. And for the final portion that will be available to all users of kido who have mastery, Kaizō Kidō Or modified kido. The players will be able to take canon Kido, and alter them to have special effects, increased powers, changed colors or different uses entirely. One thing to remember however, is one may not modify Hado to also have Bakudo effects, and vice-verse. Unique Squad Perks:Omnikitsudo- Squad two stealth Division is known to be users of Hoho and stealth techniques. They gain the Stealth Mastery and have the ability to create new Hoho and Stealth techniques that would otherwise be denied. The Yonbantai- The 4th squad is the division of healing, they are the field medics and the hospital of the Seireitei, and as such get the unique Healing mastery. They are capable of using healing kido and having unique oppertunities to make healing techniques that would normally be denied. JUNIBANTAI- The research and development institute of the Seireitei, they are granted the Item Creation mastery which enables them to make unique items and gadgets and even body augmentations. They have access to unique materials and devices and thus can make more original things with less effort and less restrictions. KIDOSHU- If you are a member of the Kidoshu, you are allowed to start with the ability to use kido with no incantation yet hold full strength in their spells. The amount of power you will have when using these incantations depending on kido will be based on your kido mastery.

Hollow(Masked Demons) THE BASICS: Hollow for all extensive purposes are a race of creatures which are born from plus souls who, for various reasons, do not cross over to the Seireitei after their death and stay in the Human World for too long. There are multiple causes of a hollow being born. These range from their soul chain being corroded over time without being purified by a Soul Burial, being changed by another hollow, and etc. They are corrupt spirits with supernatural powers that devour the souls of both living and deceased Humans. Hollows settle in Hueco Mundo, but can cross over to the Human World and Soul Society to consume other souls. HOW THEY IMPROVE: Hollows improve their power by learning a myriad of various techniques and consuming stronger souls or a great number of souls. Despite human souls being their primary snack, Shinigami and other spiritually aware races seem to be the quickest route of power for the Hollow. THE FORMS OF A HOLLOW:[Unclassified]- these hollows are the most common and are considered the humans of the group. These hollows are far weaker and are only slightly stronger than the average plus. They usually have only one or two special abilities and their appearances are always more minimalistic and monstrous. Their only abilities are Garganta and their special ability. They have unique personalities but their instincts drive them above all else. [Gillian]- also referred to as "Menos Grande" due to their size, these monstrous beings are extremely large and are made up of hundreds of congregated souls. In most cases these menos always resemble one another. They can be seen towering at least 6 stories tall, as well as having a stark white mask with an elongated nose and a thick black cloak that reaches their white feet. Their personalities in this stage will be minimal as they merely move and consume souls without thought. In some cases, when one soul within the congregated hundreds proves dominant, the Gillian can change as their mask takes on a unique property and appearance and in even more drastic cases (like the image used at the top of this guide) can have their whole bodies appear original. Although they are still huge and their mobility slow compared to the other classes. Their best attacks are Cero, and Negación as well as up to four unique abilities. Their personalities here can be as far as you wish although they are not as intelligent and as such will have mannerisms but their main goal is feasting. [Adjuchas]- A rare breed among the hollow allow their numbers range into the hundreds if not thousands. The adjuchas is the result of the Rare, "aware" gillian's consuming even more souls and overpowering their limits to become a much smaller, but more powerful hollow. Their appearance resembles that of the unclassified hollows but the difference comes from their ability to learn most of the canon hollow techs and expand on their own abilities. They are much stronger and much more intelligent than the unclassifed hollows as well, as they have unique goals, ambitions and personalities. Note that they must consume at least a soul a day in order to prevent de-evolution back into the gillian stage. If any part of the body is devoured by another hollow, evolution past Adjuchas is impossible. One must be at least 200 years old to be a Adjuchas. [Vasto Lorde]- If Unclassifed hollows are the Citien's, Gillian are the foot soldiers, and Adjuchas are the royal knights, then Vasto Lorde are the Royal Family. The most rare of breed amongst Hollow kind, their numbers do not surpass 100, and even probably do not surpass 50. Their power is said to rival that of a Shinigami Taichō and actually be slightly more powerful, for the AVERAGE Vasto Lorde. Only a few Vasto Lorde in the old days of Hueco Mundo were ever able to ascend into this category through might and skill alone, in today's world, the only way to gain enough natural power to become a Lord is by consuming the soul of another Vasto Lorde. Their appearance is humanoid but their mask and monster-like appearance remains, but their personality is like a human as it is deep and complex. TRANSFORMATION TO ARRANCAR:If a hollow's mask is removed, they are capable of breaking the bounds of their hollow selves and remove the barrier between Hollow and Shinigami to become a hybrid known as an Arrancar. When transformed a portion of their mask will remain on their body and their hollow hole will move but their appearance is usually that of a human nature. Although if a mask is removed from a gillian or lower their appearance is more monstrous. Their powers are sealed into a zanpaktou which when released their appearance resembles their hollow form and their hollow powers become ress abilities. perks: If a Vasto transforms into a Arrancar they are allowed to keep the Regeneration ability all hollows gain at Adjuchas level, and they can train to gain Segunda Resurrección. All hollow Default abilities and perks below: Unclassifed- garganta Gillian- cero, negación, garganta Adjuchas- cero, bala, garganta, high speed regeneration, sonido Vasto lorde- garganta, cero, bala, high speed regeneration, sonido, +1 Unique abilities, Spiritual cloak, +1 Hollow Technique

Qunicy(Monks of Destruction) THE BASICS: The Quincy are a line of spiritually aware humans. Originally a mixture of survivors of Hollow attacks and those who had lost loved ones to Hollows, the Quincy developed a way to manipulate reishi to combat the hollows that terrorized the humans. The Quincy are nearly extinct due to extermination by the Shinigami about 200 years ago, but traces of survivors have begun to show up with the advent of the Winter War. HOW DO THEY DIFFER FROM HUMANS: Their genes, unlike spiritually aware humans make them adept in controlling reishi and manipulating the particles unlike humans that manipulate and use reiyoku and reiatsu. A quincy is naturally stronger spiritually than that of a human (at least at start). THE QUINCY CROSS: More tradition than anything, these items crafted from soul silver are the focal points of a Quincy bow. It is said that only those who have inherited Quincy abilities and techniques are allowed to possess the cross. Although it can be taken by other races, in their control it is meaningless and pointless and a mere trophy. The cross, despite it's deceiving name, does not have to be a cross and can be any shape or form in all reality. SPIRITUAL WEAPONS: This is the primary mastery in a Quincy, considering it is how a Quincy will usually battle, Spiritual Weapons is exactly what it sounds like, the skill of a Quincy and their "bow" which has recently been show to be focused in a great many weapons. Primarily, it is meant to show how long one is capable of holding onto a bow without getting easily worn from maintaining the reishi as well as how many arrows they can fire. The higher the mastery, the more arrows they can fire in one flurry as well as the longer they can hold their bow. The weapons that the bow can spring from can be a great many things from guns (although the guns themselves can not fire real bullets), to sabers and swords. When a weapon fires arrows it will grow wings or be given a reishi arc in which will look and function in a manner similair to a bow. The durability of these said weapons are like zanpaktou for Shinigami and vary by rank and also takes this mastery into consideration. The mastery labels though count for arrows and the bow function though. Ginto: Think of Gintō tube techniques like Kidō or Hollow techniques, since they should work in such a way. This mastery is to depict how much ease one would have creating or performing Gintō tube techniques as well as easy one could use strong techniques with an excessive number of Gintō tubes.

Fullbringer (SOUL MANIPULATOR) THE BASICS: Fullbringers are basically spiritually-aware humans who's powers are known as "soul communication". The diffrence between a Fullbring and a Human is that the mother of the Fullbringer, before giving birth to the child, was attacked during pregnancy or carrying the embryo. The Hollow DNA is transferred from Hollow, to Mother to Child. Soul Comm: Soul communication is the ability to "communicate" with the soul of an object. In the world where everything is made up of reiatsu, reiyoku and reishi, everything has a soul. This can range from a variety of things such as the ability to manipulate the 'soul' in liquor to pull the liquid to ones mouth to drink it. The ability to manipulate the 'soul' in the ground, making it more elastic in order to bounce on it. it should be noted however that although you are able to manipulate things, you are not able to conjure things. You cannot for instance, control fire if there is none around to control. Soul communication does not generate these elements, only allows for manipulation of them. The limits also extends to being unable to manipulate items belonging to an opponent or their own souls. WHAT IS FULLBRING: Fullbring is two things, one, when communicating with the soul of an object you fullbrought something, although we will call that Soul Communication as Fullbring will refer to the abilities and the main power of the Fullbringer. Before we can move onto the abilities themselves we must discuss how they come about and how they differ from Soul Communication. Fullbring is an advanced version and more personal version of Soul Communication. Fullbrings are tied to something of great importance to them, be it an abstract idea, a physical item, or their own body parts. They are usually and most commonly items that bear some sort of extreme importance to their lives, and they are the source of their powers. People can also make them portions of the body, or even emotions. There is no substitute to these items. If your fullbring item should ever be destroyed or lost, all of your power will go with it. The fullbring like many other techniques belonging to a "release" type character, must have a theme and the theme usually will fit the item as well. There are multiple types and an endless variety of what a fullbring could do, although there is a general type-guide as far as it comes to how the fullbring manifests itself. Clad-Type: Fullbrings that shroud their users with their power. This is a powerful and rare type. The abilities of this type are usually simple and used to overpower the foe. The prime example of this Ichigo. Elemental-type: This extends to Giriko's time manipulation and Tsukishima's Insert Presence. These are fullbrings in which the area around the fullbring is their main offense and defense. They are able to break the soul comm rule to manipulate something that is either there but not physical (time, emotion, memory). Dimension-type: In terms of grading these fullbring are the hardest to get approved and are best described by comparing it to Yukio. This is the ability to transfer something from one plane to another. This also inclueds turning 2D to 3D, and so forth. Augmentation-type: This is the example of Jackie and Sado in which their own body gets augmented due to the fullbring, the difference between this and the Clad-type is they are not shrouded in pure power. Weapon-type: Ginjou's type in which a weapon is the main focus of the powers. This functions more like a zanpaktou than any other type. As a Fullbring mastery increases, the more physical changes appear to the person, much like a bankai changes appearance compared to shikai.

Mod Souls (Toy Souls) Mod Souls:Hey were created to infiltrated dead human bodies and through reanimation fight hollows. However, through the brilliant idea, stemming from childhood memories, mod souls were given the ability to bring other things like action figures, toy cars or stuffed animals to life. Plushies being the popular choice. essentially, these are like human powers. They are tied to the soul. As such, no matter what object the Mod Soul pill is shoved into, the abilities will manifest with it. Leveling up this mastery improves how well a mod soul is at using their abilities, from the control all the way to the amount of punch one can pack. With this mastered, mod souls will have reached their peak of their potential, having complete control over these innate abilties.

Bounts( Soul Vampires) Basics: Bounts are living beings similar to the Quincy, the difference being they have a special component that is encompassed by a Human soul. Bounts have the unique ability to absorb Human souls, making them their own. It is as a result of this ability that Bounts at various times in Human history were labeled "vampires". As the accidental creations of a Shinigami scientist, they were once affiliated with Soul Society. Natural Abilities: The natural abilities they possess due to their unique creation differentiate them from normal Humans and even Quincy. These abilities include: Soul Absorption: Bounts normally try to absorb the Human's soul after the person dies and is trying to pass on. But they are also capable of taking the souls of those who are living, to do so kills the Human. Immortality: By absorbing Human souls, a Bount can live forever. When they absorb Human souls, they gain eternal life. Empowerment: By taking the souls of living Humans, Bounts gain unique abilities. Dolls: The main difference between a doll and a Zanpakutō is how they operate. Unlike a Zanpakutō, whose personality is generally dormant except when the Shinigami wishes to speak to them, a doll's personality is always dominant. Dolls are self-sufficient when released, though they can easily be resealed. The Bount's ability to control their doll is largely based on their individual power and relationship with the doll. Moreover, if either the doll or its Bount partner sustains severe damage in a battle, the Bount may lose control over his doll, depending on the amount of damage dealt. If a doll is injured, it will simply return itself to its sealed state. However, should its master be injured, the doll may go berserk and kill its master, as Ugaki and Mabashi's dolls did. A doll may also kill a Bount who is not powerful enough to contain it, as was the case with Cain.

Vizards(Masked army) THE BASICS: Vizards for all extensive purposes are shinigami who have broken the barrier between hollow and shinigami to gain a hybrid of powers. Within their very bodies houses what is known as an Inner Hollow, these hollows are always stronger than the Shinigami and are one rank higher. The difference between an Arrancar and a Vizard is that unlike Arrancar, Shinigami continue to have their shinigami powers with the addition to being able to draw from the inner hollow by donning a Hollow Mask. Mask: When donning the mask, a Vizard is capable of using hollow techniques such as Cero, and Bala. As well as recieving a one rank boost while using the mask. The only downside to the mask is a time limit that depends on the mastery over your inner hollow. Inner hollow: In all simplicity of the matter, the Inner Hollow is a hollow version of the shinigami. They are, in most cases, an inverted version of the shinigami with conflicting personalities. Despite this, if you are a cold, heartless individual, that does not mean that the hollow is nice, but instead if it is a negative trait, they amplify that a few times over... Shinigami powers remain?:[THE ZANPAKTOU] Despite becoming more hollow, the ability to use Shikai, and Bankai is still present and no changes occur to either one of the releases nor abilities due to the Hollow influence within. [WHAT ABOUT KIDO?] Although when donning a mask the Vizards are capable of using a select few hollow techniques and custom hollow techniques, the Vizard's ability to use kido also remains unaltered and can be used as well. [HOLLOW TECHNIQUES] For vizards the only canon techniques of a hollow able to be used is Cero, and Bala. BECOMING A VIZARD: Their is a number of ways to become a Vizard. - Be infected by Vizard Blood
- Absorb a hollow into one's own body some how.
- Have hollow sells forcing him to act.
Then their will be a NPCed trial to, unless given permission you must have an overseer. If you fail and lose to the hollow, the overseer must stay in character and aim to kill the hollow. If they allow you to leave and it is obvious they allowed it, your trial will be decline, and voided, or a staff will step in. This trial is not to allow you to get a higher ranked hollow for free. allow your character to grasp ones own power better. Vizard Resurrección:In order to gain this you have to have an IC thread with your inner hollow and zanpakutos spirit. You make a pact with your inner hollow as you dive down and focus more on your hollow powers than your shinigami ones. It can be whatever you think would work if you wish so long as in the end you get your hollow side to agree upon the pact in a legit manor and a decent amount of posts. you will get more Hollow and Arrancar exclusive techs that a normal Vizard could not get. This includes heirro, Sonido, and High Speed Regeneration Mask manipulation:This is basically the control a vizard has over their inner hollow and the ability to utilize their mask and for how long they can utilize said mask. Arrancar (Hollow Evolution) Basics: Arrancar are a group of Hollows that gained similar powers to that of a Shinigami by removing their masks. Especially powerful Arrancars were assigned ten numbers and were known as the Espada taking orders only from the spirit king. Arrancar are the result of Hollows removing their masks. However, an average Hollow removing their mask would not be a problem for the Gotei 13: to hold their own against the Gotei 13 the ones removing their masks would need to be Menos or stronger. Human forms?: A Menos usually takes on a Human shape when it becomes an Arrancar. The only ones that will definitely get a 100% Humanoid form are Vasto Lorde-class Menos. For the remaining two levels, there are many who don't get a completely Humanoid form, despite becoming Arrancar. Therefore, the closer one looks to a Hollow, the lower its power of reasoning. Resurrección:A Resurrección is an Arrancar's release. For Gillian Arrancar, the boost is more similar to a Shikai than a Bankai, because of their generally lower rank, but at an Adjuchas state, it already starts to resemble a bankai. For Vasto Lorde, it's full blown equal, and maybe even slightly superior... Resurrección: Segunda Etapa: A release that only a select few can reach. Noticeably more powerful than any normal Resurrection form. Only those who become arrancar after Vasto rank is reached will have a chance to advance to this form.
